Thank you for choosing Hollidaysburg Catholic as your school. Please know how
excited we are about you becoming part of our HCS family. We look forward to
working with you in the years to come.
The next
correspondence you will receive from the school office will be in the “Back to
School” packet distributed in early August. If you are a member of St. Mary’s
or St. Michael’s parish, you will pick up your packet in the back of the
church. All other packets will be delivered through the mail.
Watch for your invitation to our summer picnic. It is a great “kick off” for
the year!

for choosing HCS for your child’s education. You will find that our school will
provide a wonderful, interactive experience for both students and parents. On

Please
complete the following for registration:

Registration form

Registration fee ($30.00 non-refundable)

Certificate of request for Loan of Textbooks form
This permits us to order textbooks with
government funds.

Medical
history form

Immunization records (copy) from your child’s physician or state health
center

Birth
certificate (copy)

Baptismal certificate (copy)
This is not necessary if you are a member
of St. Mary’s or St. Michael’s Parish.

Security Number
Physical
examinations:
These are required for every child upon entry into Kindergarten, Sixth grade,
and Eleventh grade. Dental examinations are also required and must be completed
in grades One, Three, and Seventh. You will be given an emergency procedure
card on the first day of the new school term. This should be completed
immediately.
Testing:
It is not necessary to take an entrance test unless you are entering
Kindergarten (ABC Inventory) or First Grade (Metropolitan). A date is usually
scheduled in April for this test.
